Delve into the transformative capabilities of Palantir's Foundry & AIP in this workshop designed for customer support optimization.
Participants will start by exploring data transformations in Palantir Foundry, leveraging various applications to demonstrate the platform's capabilities. The workshop will then transition to the use of LLMs for ticket categorization, enhancing and automating customer support processes. Attendees will also learn to use machine learning models in Palantir, providing valuable insights into customer experience.
Learning goal
After the workshop, participants will know how to perform data transformations and use machine learning models in Palantir Foundry, and apply LLMs for automating customer support processes.
Pre-requisites
Knowledge of Python especially PySpark framework, familiarity with general concept of LLMs (openAI LLMs), basic knowledge of Palantir Foundry’s applications (Code Repositories, Data Lineage, Pipeline Builder), familiarity with basic ML models (clustering, classification, regression etc.)

Thanos Spinoulas
Thanos received his Master of Science in Business Analytics from the Athens University of Economics and Business and his Master of Science in Applied Mathematical Sciences and BSc in Mathematics from the National Technical University of Athens. He is an experienced Data Scientist and Senior Data Analyst in the fields of Cloud Computing and Big Data Services. Thanos has been with the team since 2023.

Christos Spiropoulos
Christos received his MSc in Data Science and Machine Learning from the National Technical University of Athens. He also holds degrees in Applied Mathematical Sciences from the same institution. Before joining the team, Christos worked as a Data Scientist for the National Bank of Greece. He has been with the team sine 2023.
